By using our services you agree to these terms. Services are delivered per the engagement letter signed at onboarding.

Subscriptions are month-to-month unless an annual plan is selected. Cancellation requires 30 days notice. Refunds are at our discretion.

We are bookkeepers, not tax preparers or attorneys. Nothing in our services constitutes tax, legal, or investment advice.
